Security Governance Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time Security Governance Manager will supervise staff to enhance enterprise security programs, drive governance initiatives, and create impactful reports for executive and Board-level decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Support hiring, performance management, and career development of Security Governance staff to align with defined goals
• Lead projects to improve the enterprise security posture and reduce security risk through comprehensive management of security initiatives
• Prepare governance documentation for Senior Management, including team and Board reporting initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in security GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Certification such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISM is required; CISSP is preferred
• Experience with Security GRC process improvement and automation in collaboration with technology teams
• Hands-on experience with Archer migrations or implementations is highly desired
