Security Governance Partner

Job Summary

To strengthen security governance and assurance programs, the full-time Lead Security Governance Partner will manage cybersecurity frameworks, develop compliance policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Security Governance support and advice across the organization
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance
• Coordinate with Legal and compliance functions for data privacy legislation implementation

Required qualifications

• Experience in a regulated financial services environment with knowledge of cybersecurity controls and data protection
• Strong communication and analytical skills to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts
• 8-10 years of experience in information security, security governance, or related risk management functions
• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF and SOC 1/SOC 2
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
