Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Lead Security Governance Partner will manage security governance and assurance programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements, while working remotely or in a hybrid model.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and manage risk assessments related to insider threats and data privacy
- Lead investigations into insider threats and coordinate responses, ensuring adherence to evidentiary and forensic practices
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in information security, security governance, or related risk management functions
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment with knowledge of cybersecurity controls and data protection
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF and SOC 1/SOC 2
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
