Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time Lead Security Governance Partner will manage security governance and assurance programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements, while working remotely or in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and manage risk assessments related to insider threats and data privacy
  • Lead investigations into insider threats and coordinate responses, ensuring adherence to evidentiary and forensic practices
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in information security, security governance, or related risk management functions
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment with knowledge of cybersecurity controls and data protection
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST CSF and SOC 1/SOC 2
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
