Job Summary
Driving transformation in cyber operations, the full-time remote Security GRC Manager will own the cyber threat management engineering strategy, translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps while ensuring platform resilience and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the cyber threat management engineering strategy to enhance automation and AI capabilities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps aligned with enterprise cyber risk management goals
- Drive measurable improvements in operational effectiveness and risk impact reduction
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Heavy experience in GRC, Assurance, Audit, Governance, Controls, Assessments, and TPRM
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives involving people, processes, and technology
- Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and SOAR
- Experience applying automation, orchestration, and AI/ML to cybersecurity operations
