Security & Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Security & Infrastructure Lead will own security operations and infrastructure reliability for a cloud-based payments platform, ensuring compliance and managing security across various environments including GCP and blockchain treasury systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage security operations, including detection engineering, incident response, and compliance programs
• Design and enforce a zero trust access model and maintain security posture across cloud and on-chain surfaces
• Oversee infrastructure operations, ensuring reliable deployment pipelines and operational health of production systems

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering and infrastructure, with at least 3 years leading a security program
• Substantial hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including security tools and IAM
• Proven experience in security operations and incident response within a SIEM environment
• Familiarity with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure as code
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS
