Security Manager

Job Summary

To lead security initiatives across multiple brands, the full-time remote Security Manager will own the security program, manage incident response, and build a security team while reporting directly to the Head of Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Own the security strategy and roadmap, reporting on security posture and risk to leadership monthly
• Lead incident response efforts, maintaining runbooks and conducting tabletop exercises
• Manage and develop the security team, writing and enforcing security policies and preparing for audits

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a company with 100+ employees
• Experience leading live incident responses and building security programs from the ground up
• Background in crypto, fintech, or high-fraud industries
• Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and email security
• Ability to write clear security policies and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
