Security Metrics Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Security Culture, Training and Awareness (SCTA) team, the full-time remote Security Metrics Analyst will define, build, and maintain metrics and KPI reporting, turning program data into actionable insights for stakeholders while managing the SCTA SharePoint reporting repository.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive-ready reports and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power Automate tools, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Serve as the reporting repository and content governance owner for SCTA SharePoint sites, ensuring proper information architecture and access controls
• Acquire, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources, implementing data quality checks and reducing manual reporting through automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in security, risk, compliance, or analytics/reporting, with a focus on managing dashboards and reports
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate tools, Excel, and data preparation
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
• Experience in establishing KPI definitions and basic data governance practices
