Security Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical and operational support for MDR customers, the full-time Security Operations Engineer will assist with incident follow-up, technical troubleshooting, and compliance reviews while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and investigate MDR alerts, supporting incident validation and remediation activities
- Assist with the deployment and administration of Sophos MDR technologies, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
- Support Cyber Hygiene assessments and compliance reviews, providing technical recommendations for security improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in security operations, cybersecurity engineering, or incident response
- Preferred certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or similar
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and security investigation methodologies
- Professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus
