Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations and ensuring the safety of assets, personnel, and information.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the security operations program, including incident response, vulnerability management, and security tooling
• Manage third-party vendors and support corporate security certification requirements
• Develop and communicate functional KPIs and manage employee security awareness training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (experience and certifications may substitute)
• 5+ years of experience in a security operations manager or related position
• Certifications such as Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) or GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) required
• Experience leading incident response and tabletop exercises
• Familiarity with compliance control frameworks and various security software platforms is a plus
