Senior Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Security Operations to lead the security operations team and enhance the organization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Security Operations Center (SOC) team for 24/7 monitoring and response to security events
• Oversee the incident response lifecycle, including detection, containment, and recovery
• Manage threat intelligence collection and vulnerability assessments to ensure timely risk remediation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (highly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in information security, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of security operations principles and incident response processes
• Experience securing major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) at scale
