Security Posture Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance security measures, the full-time Security Posture Analyst will assess and improve the organization's security posture while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar
• Familiarity with network security concepts and technologies
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred
