Security Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning security end-to-end, the full-time Security Software Engineer will directly address authentication issues, manage keys and secrets, and enhance internal tooling while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Fix authentication and authorization issues across the platform
- Improve management of keys and secrets across projects
- Contribute to core backend engineering work alongside the engineering team
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in coding and system design
- Competence across product, infrastructure, and corporate security
- Experience in early-stage startups, ideally as one of the first security hires
- CS degree from a top school or equivalent STEM background
