Security Solution Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end security review process, the full-time remote Security Solution Engineer will manage customer security questionnaires, provide detailed responses to complex security inquiries, and create pre-sales security collateral while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer security questionnaires in SafeBase, ensuring accuracy and automation of repetitive tasks
• Draft detailed and technically accurate responses to complex security and architecture questions from enterprise buyers
• Participate in live calls with enterprise security teams, acting as the credible security voice and creating relevant pre-sales security documentation

Required qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and application security
• Fluency with enterprise security reviews and their role in the sales process
• Strong written communication skills for producing clear and precise responses
• Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and urgency in representing security posture
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity
