Security Success Architect
Job Summary
As a full-time Security Cross-Functional Success Architect, the successful candidate will drive customer success and adoption for enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership on ServiceNow Security products while working in a flexible or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements to accelerate customer adoption and optimize implementations of Armis and ServiceNow Security products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and enhance customer success
- Provide architectural guidance on integrations with ServiceNow products to ensure unified asset visibility and risk management
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in at least two product areas
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including authentication systems and data modeling
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and integrations, including REST/SOAP
