Job Summary
To support the growth of Paymode, the full-time Segmentation Analyst will provide data-driven analytics and research, ensuring data accuracy and customer satisfaction while working in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support for Paymode requests from the sales team and channel partners
- Complete business analysis and manage vendor list communications across multiple teams
- Track vendor analysis and identify trends to drive revenue opportunities
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a research/analyst role is preferred
- Proficient with Excel; an Excel exercise is part of the interview process
- Familiarity with Salesforce 1.0 or 2.0
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
