Senior 3D BIM Modeler

Job Summary

To support the development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior 3D BIM Modeler will develop and coordinate 3D models and engineering drawings, perform quality control, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to CAD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows while providing technical support to other modelers and designers
• Develop and coordinate 3D models and engineering drawings using Civil 3D and OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
• Review project data to identify discrepancies and apply technical judgment to resolve issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CAD/BIM, civil design, surveying, utility mapping, or related infrastructure disciplines
• Strong hands-on experience with Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD), with a preference for both
• Solid understanding of 3D modeling, engineering drawings, and utility data
• Excellent QA/QC skills with the ability to identify and communicate technical issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client and team interactions
