Senior 3D BIM Modeler

Job Summary

To support the development and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, the full-time Senior 3D BIM Modeler will develop and coordinate 3D models and engineering drawings while performing quality control and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to CAD/BIM standards, templates, QC procedures, and workflows across Autodesk and Bentley environments
• Develop and coordinate 3D models and engineering drawings using Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), and MicroStation
• Review drawings and models to identify discrepancies and apply technical judgment to resolve problems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CAD/BIM, civil design, surveying, utility mapping, or related infrastructure disciplines
• Strong hands-on experience with Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads Designer (ORD); experience with both is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, engineering drawings, and utility data
• Excellent QA/QC skills with the ability to identify and communicate technical issues
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, project management, and technical teams
