Senior Account Executive

Job Summary

To deliver digital promotional marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, the full-time Senior Account Executive will manage client relationships, support project management, and ensure effective communication within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily management of client work, including project briefs, status reports, and budget tracking
• Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication
• Demonstrate knowledge of agency procedures to contribute to problem resolution and keep projects moving efficiently

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in marketing, communications, and/or advertising
• 3-5 years of experience in advertising agency Account Management, specifically in the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong digital acumen and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and strong organizational skills
