Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing high-budget, complex influencer marketing accounts, the full-time Senior Account Manager will lead campaign execution, mentor junior team members, and ensure client satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of intricately structured campaigns and manage demanding client relationships
• Lead multi-platform influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, and reporting
• Coach Associate and Junior Account Managers on execution and advanced strategies while contributing to best-in-class processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-budget influencer campaigns with minimal supervision
• Proven track record with large-budget accounts ($1M+ per quarter) and strong client retention
• Deep expertise in paid and earned influencer channels, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Advanced contract negotiation skills and experience mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency with influencer management tools and advanced AI fluency
