Job Summary
To support high-value law firm clients, the fully remote Senior Account Manager will shape and manage integrated omnichannel marketing strategies across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals and driving growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic digital business marketer and consultant, building integrated omnichannel strategies across SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads, Paid Social, Organic Social, and Design & Development
- Lead client communication as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze cross-channel performance data to provide strategic insights and optimize campaign performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role within a digital marketing agency, specifically for Personal Injury Law
- Proven track record of executing omnichannel strategies across various digital marketing channels
- Experience advising clients on business strategy and growth planning
- Familiarity with campaign diagnostic tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, and GA4
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
