Job Summary

Managing client accounts with a focus on publications, the full-time Senior Account Manager will oversee project delivery, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client interactions and oversee project delivery from briefing to completion
• Maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and manage account performance
• Identify and support new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to proposals

Required qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a client-facing, project or account management role in a medical communications agency
• Prior experience working on publications-focused accounts is essential
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and financial processes
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and publication planning software such as iEnvision
