Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support a critical growth phase, the temporary remote Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, prepare complex journal entries, and conduct balance sheet reconciliations while leveraging modern accounting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Own the monthly close workflow and prepare consolidated financial statements
- Execute complex journal entries and manage revenue recognition
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Prior experience in public accounting (Big Four preferred) and corporate roles
- Expertise in systems such as NetSuite, DataRails, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, including US and foreign currency divisions
