Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the fully remote Senior Accountant I will manage monthly billing cycles, broker commission payments, and accounts receivable duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute customer invoices bi-monthly and manage the billing inbox for inquiries
- Post ACH payments daily and follow up on past due accounts to maintain accurate accounts receivable
- Calculate and process broker and sales commissions, supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in billing, accounts receivable, and collections
- Experience managing high-volume billing cycles and resolving discrepancies
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong experience in calculating and processing broker and/or sales commissions preferred
