Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Responsible for the majority of accounting and finance tasks, the remote Senior Accountant will manage the monthly close process, invoicing, and audit support while reporting directly to the VP of Finance - Cost Containment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process, including calculating and posting revenue and commissions, and coordinating with the central finance team
• Manage daily cash activity, issue monthly invoices, and monitor accounts receivable
• Support annual audits and perform FP&A and broader corporate finance tasks as assigned by the VP of Finance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of public accounting or private company accounting experience with full financial statement responsibilities
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting standards
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance required; CPA preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct or other financial reporting tools preferred
