Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Owning the accounts receivable function while managing month-end close and general ledger accuracy, the full-time Senior Accountant will work remotely to support invoicing, collections, and customer billing inquiries across US and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Own the full collections cycle for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of outstanding balances
• Apply working knowledge of US sales/use tax and international VAT concepts to invoicing and customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4+ years of general accounting experience, including month-end close and account reconciliations, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience directly supporting an accounts receivable function, including invoicing and collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with ERP and CRM systems
• Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes
