Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Owning the monthly close process for the U.S. entity, the remote Senior Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting activities, including reconciliations and reporting, while collaborating closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the monthly close end-to-end, including journal entries, reconciliation, accruals, and revenue reporting
- Manage the full AR and AP cycle, ensuring accurate customer invoicing and vendor invoice intake
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations while supporting cash flow budgeting on a weekly and monthly basis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally including full-cycle monthly close
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (or comparable ERP) and strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
- Experience with intercompany and multi-entity structures
