Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Senior Accountant will drive process improvements, manage month-end close, and perform account reconciliations while working remotely in a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to validate accrual assumptions and ensure timely expense recognition
- Support the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation in accounting tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of accounting experience, including 2 years focused on accruals and reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Experience in fintech or technology-driven industries preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle
