Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage the monthly close process, ensure general ledger accuracy, and assist with accounting for a multi-revenue stream technology and services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process
- Research technical accounting questions, document findings, and assist with audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Build and support AI workflows to enhance reconciliation, analysis, and reporting efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of general ledger accounting experience; CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks (or comparable ERP); Salesforce exposure is a plus
- Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience with revenue accounting and multi-revenue-stream businesses is strongly preferred
