Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Senior Accountant I will perform accounting, analysis, and reporting activities, ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with accounting policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
- Collaborate with offshore team members to enhance the close process and improve operational effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of experience in Shared Service or Corporate Accounting and/or with a Big 4 CPA firm
- Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA and HFM
- Experience with BlackLine
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and U.S. GAAP
