Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing Outsourced Accounting Services team, the remote Senior Accountant will manage client accounts, provide month-end closing services, and prepare financial statements while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily/weekly transactional assistance including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice management
• Deliver month-end closing services and prepare financial statements for clients
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage projects and improve processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience, preferably in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction firm
• Proficiency in Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Billing
• Experience handling confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
