Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage monthly financial closing activities, perform account reconciliations, and support the financial close process while collaborating with internal and external teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee monthly financial closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities and assist with flux analysis
- Take on ad-hoc accounting projects and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate financial processes
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical field
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or BI tools preferred
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, with Big 4 experience and CPA preferred
