Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage key accounting processes, support month-end close, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting across wholesale and e-commerce activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage wholesale accounting activities, including accounts receivable and customer payments, while resolving pricing discrepancies and outstanding balances
• Oversee e-commerce accounting for platforms like Shopify and Amazon, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliations
• Supervise offshore accounting team members, coordinate accounting activities, and support process improvements and automation initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and supervising junior accountants or offshore team members
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and working with large datasets
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
