Job Summary
Owning the revenue and order-to-cash processes, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage monthly revenue closes, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and support audit activities while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the monthly revenue close, including revenue recognition schedules and journal entries
- Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice reviews and vendor reconciliations
- Support collections on past-due balances and assist in audit preparation and compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or on the CPA track preferred
- 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or SaaS
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
- 2-4 years of experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems and Salesforce
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including reconciliations and data analysis
