Job Summary
To support a growing accounting function, the remote Senior Accountant will manage month-end close responsibilities, develop and improve accounting processes, and navigate technical accounting across multiple entities and countries.
Key responsibilities
- Own key month-end close functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and foreign currency accounting
- Build and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation for scalability
- Research and conclude on complex accounting treatments and support audit and tax deliverables
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or high-growth tech environments
- Proven ability to design and optimize close processes and internal controls
- Experience with IFRS reporting and strong US GAAP knowledge
- Hands-on experience with AI or automation in accounting processes
- Familiarity with NetSuite or equivalent ERP and strong Excel skills
