Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage the monthly close process, maintain fixed asset records, and provide mentorship to junior accounting staff in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of the monthly close process with accuracy and within assigned time requirements
- Maintain capital lease portfolio and validate entries in LeaseAccelerator prior to posting
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and provide guidance to junior team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in General Accounting, primarily in a Corporate Accounting environment
- Experience with ERP software programs, with Oracle preferred
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
