Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Senior Accountant will manage key accounting functions such as month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial data and compliance with internal controls for a 6-month leave-coverage role.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Handle end-to-end accounts receivable process, manage collections, and ensure timely sales tax filings
• Assist with commission calculations, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting, preferably in public accounting or a multinational SaaS company
• Experience with US GAAP, GL accounting, and internal controls
• Experience with external audits
• Proficiency in Netsuite
