Senior Accountant Advisory

Job Summary

Passionate about empowering small business owners, the full-time Senior Accountant Advisory will manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert financial guidance, overseeing monthly accounting, and facilitating growth sessions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, reviewing financial statements and conducting growth calls
• Prepare financial statements and manage the bookkeeping team for month-end close processes
• Conduct quarterly Growth Sessions with clients to review financial performance and adjust budgets

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience, including bookkeeping and public accounting
• B.S. or M.S. in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Desire to grow client portfolio and willingness to pursue CFO certification
