Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller
Job Summary
Seeking a driven Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller for a fully remote, full-time position, this role will manage financial transactions, assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, and develop an understanding of client accounting operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process, record, and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and cash disbursements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, supervising collections and reviewing fixed assets and taxes
- Prepare day-to-day and month-end close entries, including payroll administration and investment allocations
Required qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3 - 7 years of accounting or finance experience
- Ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and colleagues
