Job Summary
Providing full-cycle accounting support for multiple nonprofit clients, the full-time remote Senior Accountant - CPA Licensed will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle accounting support, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Coordinate audit preparation and assist with grant management and reporting requirements
- Apply nonprofit revenue recognition guidance and prepare specialized reporting for client decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA license preferred
- Minimum of five years of general accounting experience
- Experience in nonprofit accounting and audit preparation preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and QuickBooks Online
