Senior Accountant - CPA Required
Job Summary
Owning month-end close tasks, the remote Senior Accountant - CPA Required will manage journal entries, support financial reporting across a multi-entity structure, and assist with annual audits while collaborating with the GL Manager and the Accounting and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain GL schedules, and reconcile key accounts for month-end close
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting and respond to inquiries from business partners
- Support annual audit processes by preparing schedules and ensuring documentation is audit-ready
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Accountant role
- CPA or CPA eligible preferred
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across a multi-entity close cycle
