Senior Accountant (CPA Required)

Job Summary

To support the company's mission, the full-time Senior Accountant (CPA Required) will manage essential accounting functions, including maintaining the general ledger, overseeing the Procure-to-Pay process, and administering payroll, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness through monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, including contract administration and timely payment execution
• Administer biweekly payroll processing and support audits by preparing necessary documentation and financial analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in public accounting or corporate accounting
• Working knowledge of GAAP and strong understanding of internal control principles (SOX)
• Strong Excel skills for financial data analysis and reporting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
