Senior Accountant, Florida Licensed

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Senior Accountant, Florida Licensed, will support development and construction accounting functions remotely, managing complex project documentation and delivering accurate financial reporting in collaboration with management.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with management to deliver monthly and quarterly accounting and performance reports
• Prepare financial and administrative reports while maintaining detailed project files and archival processes
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure accuracy and synchronization of reporting across business systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real estate development or construction
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle and/or similar ERP/reporting systems
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
