Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Accountant - PA Licensed to manage financial operations, including month-end close, inventory accounting, and tax compliance, in a full-time remote or hybrid role within the Eastern Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for multiple business entities
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate valuations and reporting
• Manage multi-state sales and use tax compliance and support regulatory audit requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing month-end close activities across multiple entities
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial analysis
