Job Summary
Delivering comprehensive outsourced accounting services, the full-time Senior Accountant - State Licensed will manage full-cycle accounting for high net worth families and investment entities in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including individuals, trusts, and real estate entities
- Prepare and post journal entries, financial statements, and management reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Implement and support accounting software platforms such as Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online, assisting with client onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in accounting roles, ideally in an outsourced environment
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting for complex, multi-entity structures
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or real estate entities is strongly preferred
