Senior Accountant with CPA
Job Summary
To support accurate revenue accounting, the full-time Senior Accountant with CPA will manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, review customer contracts, perform detailed analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer contracts and identify performance obligations and revenue treatment assessments in accordance with ASC 606
- Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and FP&A teams to guide deal structuring decisions and ensure accurate revenue forecasting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in revenue recognition, technical accounting, or audit
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and related technical accounting requirements
- Experience with complex, global revenue arrangements
- CPA certification preferred
