Senior Accountant with CPA License
Job Summary
To manage day-to-day accounting operations, the remote Senior Accountant with CPA License will oversee the month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and invoicing for SaaS product customers while collaborating closely with the Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash disbursements
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure all balance sheet account reconciliations are completed accurately
- Manage invoicing and account management for the Playbook product line, coordinating with division leadership on billing matters
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in Government Contracting
- Hands-on experience with Unanet or Deltek
- Strong understanding of DCAA compliance, FAR, and CAS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and month-end close processes
