Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing AI data company, the full-time Senior Accounting Manager will manage the monthly close process, oversee licensor and partner payouts, and handle customer billing and receivables in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract-driven royalty and revenue-share payment cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
• Own the monthly close process, including bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records in accordance with US GAAP
• Coordinate with external advisers for tax compliance and manage payroll and vendor onboarding processes

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in a startup or high-growth environment
• Direct experience with contract-driven financial operations such as royalties and revenue share
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue-recognition principles
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and modern finance tools, as well as strong Excel skills
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
