Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Owning revenue accounting for B2B memberships and partnerships, the full-time Senior Accounting Manager will design and automate the contract-to-cash process, ensuring efficient onboarding and invoicing while providing accounting insights on new initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own revenue and direct-cost accounting for B2B memberships, partnerships, and gift card programs, reporting margins to leadership
• Design and automate the contract-to-cash process to standardize customer onboarding and invoicing across teams
• Review contracts for ASC 606 compliance and provide accounting input on new product initiatives to mitigate operational risks

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant ownership of B2B or contract-based revenue; Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience building B2B revenue processes from scratch, including contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and collections
• Deep understanding of ASC 606 and its application to contract-driven models
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams, able to communicate accounting implications effectively
• Proven track record of reducing manual effort in invoicing and collections through automation or process redesign
