Job Summary
Leading a global accounting team, the full-time Senior Accounting Manager will manage close activities, execute technical accounting tasks, and drive workflow improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global accounting team with clear objectives and development plans
- Manage close activities for corporate accounting functions, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Execute technical accounting for stock-based compensation, leases, and foreign currency matters, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least eight years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum three years of experience leading a team of accountants
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Hands-on experience in NetSuite or a similar ERP, including improving workflows and reports
