Senior Accounting Transformation Lead

Job Summary

To support the company's growth and strategic objectives, the full-time remote Senior Accounting Transformation Lead will manage accounting transformation initiatives, partnering with global leadership to enhance the accounting operating model through strategy development, process standardization, and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current capabilities and identify opportunities to strengthen the accounting operating model
• Manage the development of standardized accounting processes and roles to improve efficiency and quality
• Lead technology automation efforts to enhance decision-making and reduce reliance on manual processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
• Approximately 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance transformation
• Experience leading large-scale Finance or Accounting transformation initiatives across multiple functions
• Strong understanding of finance technology ecosystems, including ERP and automation solutions
• Prior experience in public accounting or a large, complex multinational organization is a plus
